Qurum Natural Park
Muscat's biggest park β lake, paddle boats, waterfall, gardens and space to run wild. Free!
What you'll do
Qurum Natural Park is the city's green lung: Oman's largest public park with a boating lake, a waterfall, rose gardens, big lawns, playgrounds and shaded picnic spots.
Kids can ride paddle boats on the lake, feed the ducks, and finish at Marah Land funfair inside the park once the rides open in the late afternoon. In cooler months it hosts festivals and food trucks.
It costs nothing, parking is easy, and it's ten minutes from most of Muscat β the default 'let's just get out of the house' answer.
π Bring & wear
Picnic blanket, ball, scooters for the paths, water. Mosquito repellent near the lake at dusk.
